PAUL McMenemy, CEO
Mr. McMenemy has a two decade professional experience with all phases of business and project development in renewable energy in North America. He was co-founder of Harvest Power, a privately-held organics management company, and was responsible for Harvest's anearobic digester project development and personally oversaw the construction and commissioning of the company's 2.5 MW digester in London, Ontario. Prior to his renewable energy project development career, Mr. McMenemy was a corporate finance investment banker Managing Director and Group Head on Wall Street, specializing in traditional energy exploration and production companies, as well as oil field service companies. Mr. McMenemy has an MBA from The Wharton School of Business and an AB from Princeton University.
ADrian logan, Lead Design Engineer
Adrian Logan is the lead design engineer at SGP and holds a NABCEP Solar Installation certification. He is a Computer Engineer focused on developing technologies that will support the transition to renewable energy infrastructure and to create more efficient and sustainable food systems. On the weekends, he loves spending his free time in nature with good friends and happy dogs.
Phillip Leber, Project Developer
Born and raised in the Hudson Valley, Mr. Leber brings a diverse background to his work as SGP’s Project Developer. As a former Political Director, he has over a decade of experience working with governments at the local, state, and federal levels. He now uses this experience to deliver energy security and sustainable economic development to communities across New York State. Mr. Leber holds a bachelor’s degree from SUNY New Paltz.
